This page explains what data this site collects, why, who can access it, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. It is written to be read, not to be long.
ELDEV, a French sole proprietorship registered under number 995 149 671, based in Aix-en-Provence. For any question about your data: contact@eldev.fr.
Contact form: name, email address, subject and message, entered by you. Emails: what you write to us and any attachments. Audience measurement, only if you accept it: pages viewed, device and browser type, country, anonymised IP address. No data is bought, cross-referenced with other sources or sold.
Answering your request, preparing a quote and running a project: pre-contractual steps, then performance of the contract. Measuring the audience of the site to improve it: your consent, given through the banner, which you can withdraw at any time. No commercial prospecting is done with this data.
The developer handling your request, and three technical providers. EmailJS (EmailJS Corp., United States) delivers form messages to our mailbox. Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) measures the audience, only after your consent, with Consent Mode v2. IONOS (IONOS SE, Germany) hosts the site. These providers act on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes.
Contact requests with no follow-up: twelve months after the last exchange. Clients: the duration of the project, then ten years for accounting documents, as required by law. Audience data: fourteen months in Google Analytics. Your consent choice: kept in your browser until you change it or clear your site data.
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing or request portability. An email to contact@eldev.fr is enough; we reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
EmailJS and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses and, for Google, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The site itself is hosted in Germany.
Until you accept the banner, no cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its measurement cookies (_ga, _ga_*). No advertising cookie is used. Your choice is stored in your browser; you can change or withdraw it here.
The site is served over HTTPS, hosted in the European Union, and access to received messages is limited to the person who answers you. No payment data is collected on this site.
