The website as a prospecting tool

An agency wins mandates by showing that it sells: current listings, sold properties, reviews, knowledge of the area. We design the site to convince the seller as much as the buyer: valuation form, neighbourhood pages with your references, presentation of the team and the method. Photos carry the sale here as much as in hospitality, and we treat them with the same care.

Developers and new-build programmes

For a new development, the site presents the project (plans, available units, construction progress) and collects reservations. We handle the unit grid synchronised with your sales tool, the heavy visuals on hosting sized for them, and the specific notices (off-plan sales, tax schemes).
