What we do

01

Scoping and deployment

Mapping of your processes, module selection, deployment order (sales and invoicing first, then purchasing, inventory, accounting), staged go-lives.

02

Custom development

Specific Python modules, adapted fields and views, workflows, reports and documents (quotes, invoices, delivery notes) in your branding, without breaking upgrades.

03

Data migration

Import from Excel, Sage, Dolibarr or an older Odoo: cleaning, transformation, validation with your teams, several passes until cut-over.

04

Integrations and training

Connection to your store (WooCommerce, Shopify), your bank, your business tools; role-based training and documentation for real adoption.

Deploying Odoo without a big bang

An ERP is rolled out in stages: first the flows that touch cash (quotes, orders, invoices), then purchasing and inventory, then accounting once the flows are stable, finally CRM, projects and HR. Each stage goes live separately, with its users trained, before moving to the next. It looks longer on paper and is much shorter in practice, because nothing has to be undone. Connecting your WooCommerce or Shopify store comes once orders and inventory are stable.

Customising without getting trapped

Odoo can be customised extensively through configuration alone: fields, views, rules, automations. We reserve module development for genuinely specific needs, following the framework's conventions so your customisations survive version upgrades. Every module we deliver is versioned, tested and documented, whether Odoo runs on Odoo.sh or on a server we manage for you.

Why ELDEV
Odoo

We approach Odoo as developers and as people who have seen ERP rollouts go wrong: we start small, go live module by module, avoid custom development when configuration will do, and document every adaptation. You keep a standard, upgradeable Odoo, and a partner who also knows your website, your online store and your automations.

Frequently asked questions

Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Community is free and covers the essentials (sales, purchasing, inventory, CRM, projects, basic invoicing). Enterprise adds full accounting, payroll, mobile apps, support and Odoo.sh hosting for a per-user subscription. We help you decide based on the modules you actually need.
How long does an Odoo deployment take?
2 to 5 months for 3 to 5 modules, including scoping, migration and training. Data migration is the most underestimated step. See our ERP & consulting page.
How much does an Odoo integration cost?
It depends on the number of modules, the volume of data to migrate and the custom developments. A scoping audit (1 to 3 weeks) produces a precise figure: get in touch, reply within 12 hours.
Do you provide support after go-live?
Yes: corrective support in the first weeks, then a maintenance contract for fixes, version upgrades and small enhancements. New modules or integrations are quoted separately.

A project, an outage, a question?
