Capabilities

01

UX research

Ergonomic audit, personas and optimized user journeys. We analyze your users' behavior to design interfaces that meet their expectations and eliminate friction points.

02

Wireframes

Functional mockups to validate information architecture before development. Save time and money by testing concepts early, without writing a single line of code.

03

Design system

Reusable components, typography and consistent color palettes. A well-built design system speeds up development, ensures visual consistency and makes future updates easier.

04

Prototyping

Interactive Figma prototypes to test and iterate before production. Validate user journeys, gather concrete feedback and refine the experience before investing in development.

Audience

Who is this
service for?

Ageing interface, falling conversions or a product still on paper, design makes the difference.

  • Existing app or website with dated UX, declining conversion rate and users dropping off
  • Product in conception (SaaS, mobile app) that needs validated Figma flows before dev kicks off
  • Dev team without a dedicated designer, ad-hoc design support on critical screens or a partial redesign
  • Startup or scale-up that needs a design system to maintain visual consistency as the team grows
Process

How it
works.

We start with user research: interviews, existing product audit and competitive analysis. Wireframes are validated before high-fidelity mockups. User testing allows us to iterate until we reach the optimal experience.

Why us

What makes the
difference.

Design driven by results, not aesthetics alone. Every design decision is backed by user data and aligned with your business objectives.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Figma is our primary tool for wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, it's the industry standard, compatible with all development workflows (Dev Mode, CSS exports, Zeplin). For design systems we use Figma Variables and auto-layout components. If your team already works in Sketch or Adobe XD, we can adapt. Figma files are shared with you at every milestone: you retain full ownership of the source files.
Cost depends on scope: a UX audit with recommendations, a full redesign of 10 to 20 screens or a landing page design are very different engagements. Every project is scoped after a detailed brief, get in touch for an estimate within 12 hours.
A complete design system (tokens, components, documentation and guidelines) takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on interface complexity. We always start with an audit of what already exists, typically 30 to 40% of components can be rationalised rather than rebuilt from scratch. A partial design system covering your most-used components can be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. Delivery includes Figma documentation and, if needed, support for your development team during integration. Budget is set after a scoping call.
User research is offered as an option or baked in depending on the project. For redesigns, we systematically start with an ergonomic audit of the existing product (heatmaps, user flows, friction points) included in the scoping phase. In-depth user interviews, concept tests or A/B tests are scoped separately depending on the number of sessions. If your product is still in conception, we work from your existing personas and analytics, or help build those personas if they don't exist yet.
Our deliverables are annotated Figma files (high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototype, design tokens), not code. Integration is a separate step you can hand off to your in-house dev team or to our web development or mobile app service. Figma files include full technical specs (spacing, colours, component states, breakpoints) so your developers never have to guess. We remain available to answer integration questions throughout the development phase.
